Exclusively at High Crest Health, you have the opportunity to train with Sam Garnes!  Retired NFL Pro Football Player who spent seven years with the New York Giants and Jets respectively.  Career highlights include making the All-Rookie team in 1997 and was a Starter in the 2000 season Super Bowl.

At High Crest, Sam trains with Athletes and Non-Athletes alike.  Training Sessions may be privately for Individuals or Groups; and training locations may be flexible.  Sam works with his clients to prepare and execute personal and comprehensive training plans.
